Practising in more than one state? Your first state is full price. Each additional state is 50% off the monthly subscription — and the installation fee is waived for any subsequent installations.

Suitable for use for NSW contracts where exchange has already occurred via the real estate agent, and includes a cooling off period.

Workflow Staffing
Expert conveyancing virtual assistants — priced simply.
Full-Time VA
$2,700 + GST per month
Your own dedicated virtual assistant, trained in conveyancing. Works your files daily, communicates through Microsoft Teams and your own email domain, with timesheets provided. Monthly invoice, 30-day terms.
Part-Time VA
$1,600 + GST per month
A dedicated virtual assistant on a part-time basis — the same training, security and supervision framework as full-time, sized for smaller volumes.
Task-Based (Pay As You Go)
$15–$45 + GST per task
No commitment — send tasks as they arise and pay only for what you use. Priced per task off our task schedule ($15–$45 + GST depending on the task; schedule available on request). Monthly invoice, 30-day terms.

Workflow Build
Scoped and quoted per job. Every build is different, so we don’t publish a rate card. Tell us what you need; we’ll prepare a scope and written proposal, and quote a fixed price before any work begins — so you always know the full cost up front. Billing is simple: fifty percent up front before work commences, and fifty percent on delivery.
