How is Workflow Build priced?
Every build is different, so there’s no rate card. Contact us to discuss your requirements; we prepare a written scope and proposal, and quote a fixed price for the job before any work begins. You’ll always know the full cost up front.
How do you bill for a build?
Fifty percent of the fixed quote is invoiced up front before work commences, with the remaining fifty percent payable on delivery. The quote is fixed before we start, so there are never surprises.
Do we need a Workflow Products subscription first?
No. Builds can stand alone, although many firms pair a custom build with a Products subscription so the maintenance and updates carry on afterwards.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the scope — your proposal includes a delivery timeline for your specific job, agreed before we start.
Which platforms do you build in?
Smokeball, triConvey and LEAP are our home ground — we build and test in these ourselves. If your firm runs a different practice management platform, we can usually still build for you, provided you can give us access to your environment to build and test in. Ask us — we’ll confirm what’s possible before anything is scoped.
Who owns what you build for us?
You do. Your firm retains the intellectual property in the finished build — the workflows, forms and logic we deliver become your firm’s asset, yours to use and adapt as your practice evolves.
